My friend Jon Lachonis who writes for BuddyTV interviewed me for an article about pre-air TV show leaks on BitTorrent. The piece is about how the availability of pre-air shows to the average viewer is taking control away from professional critics.
I was interviewed by the Wall Street Journal again. This time about the leak of the 7th Harry Potter book. I was the one who broke the story, after which just about every news agency in the world picked it up. It’’s really amazing the power any articulate individual can wield online (and offline!).
A couple of days later, I chatted with Leo Laporte and Amber MacArthur on their podcast net@nite. It’’s one of my favourite podcasts and it was such a thrill to hear myself during my drive to college this morning. Check out the episode, appropriately titled ”Pottrd” (mp3).
